Ms. Anissa Boujdaini obtained her law degree from Vrije Universiteit Brussel. During her master's studies, she volunteered with the International and European Law research group, led by Prof. Dr. Stefaan Smis. During this period, she specialized in international law, human rights, and migration law.

Human rights and social critique were also central to her work in the artistic-literary sector, for which Anissa was awarded the UBLA prize for most engaged student at the end of her studies. These activities led to various publications and invitations to speak at conferences such as the “Shadow Munich Security Conference” and “The empire of law. Legality and other narrative tools of colonialism”.

Anissa has been part of our team since November 2022.
